Adan Martinez
Involved in the health, wellness, and fitness space for over fifteen years, Adan Martinez has steadily grown a wealth of knowledge and experience. From competing in the respective sports of Cross Country and Track & Field reaching the collegiate level, to working with patients in the Physical Therapy space, starting Primitive Movement - a training facility that empowers individuals to come out of their complacency and stagnant life that isn’t serving them purpose - and most recently developing himself as a Coach and Personal Trainer aiding the growth of athletes’ and clients’ mindset combined with the physical preparedness needed to succeed in their goals. As Adan states “my main goal is to refine my own process in shaping my health. Developing a resolute mind, maintaining myself as a lifelong student, treating my body as an athlete would treat their own, and staying disciplined in this life is most important. If I can do that, then I can lead by example and alot myself the resources needed to share this capability with others. Share this self love and growth with others.”

Primitive Movement
Primitive Movement is dedicated to expanding the mind, body, and spirit to its limit. As Adan referenced above, it is far too common for individuals to become complacent and passionless about life. Primitive Movement has found, through working with a large part of our communities throughout Southern California, that many individuals lack the focus in improving themselves in bodily health, mental aptitude, and purpose and responsibilities in their own life. We thrive on each of these points. Caring for ourselves and caring for others is the nectar of life. So we challenge each individual in our community to become a Leader. This is an individual who takes 100% responsibility and authority over their life. No longer making excuses, and choosing to be the resolve in every part of themselves. The outcome is always freedom. The freedom to see through any lenses that may have held you back from believing you were not worth caring for. And the freedom to shed any self limiting beliefs, or those of others, of yourself. Make the agreement to yourself; you will be better, and in turn so will your community.
